Painted earth...
The one and only request for Spring Break....
you would think that the one request would have been Disneyland...or Sea World...or even the movies...
But.....nope Malia only wanted to go to Painted earth....
Was Malia on cloud nine?...well yes she was!!!.. she picked out here horse..painted it just like her horse Diego...everything went as perfect!! She was doing the two things she loves the most...painting and horses!!
Olivia.....HMMMM!!!! CONCENTRATING or REALLY NOT INTO IT????
By this time her bowl of water has already spilled all over her sisters lap...the paint colors she picked suddenly were not the colors she really wanted...and the cross that she picked out was not looking as good as Diego was...so of course she wanted a Diego also....so I'm going to say!! REALLY NOT INTO IT!!!!
It did get better!! They were finished with their pieces...and time to pay....
and then....OHHH no we have to leave the horse and cross here kiddos...and pick them up in a week...
6yr old- very understanding!!!
3yr old...not so much!!! now the cross that she first wanted, then suddenly didn't want...turned into, all of the sudden really wants it....HMMM was it because she was told she couldn't have it...we will never know!!!
But have no fear....PANDA EXPRESS IS NEAR !!! if any one knows my children..they know that Panda will turn any frown upside down....so a big thanks to our favorite orange chicken..for ending our day perfectly...just like it started.....
P.S. its almost been a week...
3 yr old- has never mentioned anything about her cross
6 yr old- has made a note, taped to my steering wheel, saying..pick up Diego on wed...

A Picnic in the Park
Movies or a Picnic? The girls picked Picnic!!!
Olivia cut fresh flower from Mamaws( her great grandma's) yard!!
Malia packed the picnic basket full of her favorite snacks...
it was a good day...just me and my girls..!!!!
( obviously no one told me we were sticking out our tongues).
